About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate – Microbiology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microbiological techniques and a strong foundation in microbial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pure culture techniques and maintain microbial cultures.
• Conduct MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) and MBC (Minimum Bactericidal Concentration) assays.
• Carry out food testing, water testing, and biochemical analysis.
• Handle and analyze various microbial samples using standard protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with laboratory procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• M.Sc. in Microbiology (mandatory).
• 6 months of practical internship/work experience in a microbiology lab.
• Freshers without experience or candidates from other fields should not apply.
• Proficiency in:
• Microbial culturing and maintenance.
• Biochemical testing methods.
• Operating microbiology lab instruments.
