- Education: M.Pharm / Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Experience: 4-8 years in pharmaceutical formulation development
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with solid dosages, liquids, or semi-solids
- Knowledge of QbD principles, DOE, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
