Key Responsibilities of Assistant Sales Manager
- Meet customers daily to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Organize and conduct webinars, workshops, and live product demonstrations.
- Travel across Bengaluru to engage with institutes, hospitals, and research centers.
- Leverage scientific expertise to influence and convert potential clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/MS) in Biotechnology or Life Sciences preferred.
- Experience: Freshers or 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of Cell Biology, Immunology, or Biochemistry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
