Sai life sciences is seeking a highly skilled Assay Biologist to join our R&D team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates with expertise in cell-based assays, biochemical techniques, and data analysis, looking to contribute to innovative research in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biology or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in cell culturing, biochemical assays, and high-throughput screening.
- Job Location: R&D Campus, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cell-based assays (Cell viability, Transfection, High-throughput Screening, Western Blotting, ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Cell migration, Flow Cytometry).
- Conduct PBMC isolation, T cell purification/activation/differentiation assays.
- Hands-on experience with biochemical assays (HTRF, ADP-Glo, AlphaLISA).
- Independently execute reporter assays, cytotoxicity assays, and gene expression studies.
- Analyze data using Excel, Prism-GraphPad, and FlowJo.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques and assay development.
- Ability to work independently and interpret experimental results.
- Proficiency in statistical and data analysis software.
