Position Overview
We are hiring a Research Associate (Organic Chemistry) to support the synthesis of target molecules/compounds. This role is ideal for candidates with CRO industry experience who thrive in a fast-paced research setting.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Set up and execute reactions for organic synthesis
✔ Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices
✔ Ensure data integrity and compliance with IP specifications
✔ Document experiments and results accurately
Requirements
- Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry (mandatory)
- Experience: 1-3 years in CRO industry (essential)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory safety standards
- Experience maintaining research documentation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
